I purchased my new Ford Focus from Parks Ford a few months ago and noticed a small crack in the windshield, I immediately contacted my sales person wh I purchased my new Ford Focus from Parks Ford a few months ago and noticed a small crack in the windshield, I immediately contacted my sales person who then contacted Will Smith (Service Advisior) about this problem. Within a few days I got a call stating they ordered a new windshield for me, I loved how fast and accommodating this process was! Will would call me with updates once a month since the windshield was on back order, this helped me feel like I wasn't put on the back burner and still a relative thought. I really admire this costumer service! He was great! I would highly recommend this dealership! More
