Personable, Patient, No Pressure I had actually learned of Parks Ford through the credit union at which I received my pre-approved auto loan. I'd been to a couple Ford dealerships prior in the hopes of purchasing a new/used C-Max hybrid and was not sold on their quality (or lack thereof) of service, as well as their quantity (or lack thereof) of C-Max's (although that's more likely due to their popularity/awesomeness). Parks had a certified pre-owned C-Max that had a spacious and clean interior as well as a highly maintained exterior, complete with the manufacturer's 7-year warranty (from new). Javier was very pleasant to work with from the test drive to the price negotiations. He gave detailed explanations and answered all of my questions; and provided a transparent and hassle-free experience. His dedication and pride in his company was very much reflected in our interactions and it made me feel comfortable with the buying process. I enjoyed Paul's sense of humor and he was great to work with as well, keeping the financing finalizations simple and painless. Overall I believe I obtained quite a deal on the car and am glad that I chose Parks Ford as my dealership. I couldn't be any happier with my certified C-Max!!! Thank you! More

Superb Professionalism in their Service Department On beginning our week vacation to the mountains, we realized we had no brakes. We had no smile in return as we had taken our truck to St. Pete AutoNation to have the brakes inspected twice, and they found nothing wrong. The brake mechanic at Parks Ford said it should have been noticed that the brake line was twisted. Needless to say, this could have been much worse. I told Mr. Smith that I would definitely write a review of his "superior service with a smile" when we returned safely. So thank you so much for doing a great job and to the mechanic who performed the work (wish I knew his name). You definitely take pride in your work--much needed these days!!! More

Ellis Adams also made sure that the repairs would be covered under warranty and always returned my phone calls promptly. After several calls to Ford and some diligence, my wonderful mechanic, Jason, was able to find the problem and fix it. I have never been so relieved!!! Will, Ellis and Jason are superb!! Over and Above!! Came in for my first regular oil change during a very busy time, expecting to be there a long time but they had us out in less than hour! In addition: when I called Will Smith, the service person taking care of us, over to show him several areas of my 2014 Ford Fiesta's hood that had been hit with small rocks he recommended that they could touch them up or, if we liked, that he could give us some spot paint to touch it up. I decided to touch it up myself and he showed us how to apply the paint. I've bought many cars from Parks Ford just because of their great service!! Keep it up! More
