Wonderful Place to Have Business Smith I bought my car from Parks Ford mainly because it is so near to my house and I could walk to the place if I ever needed to have my car serviced. Dorian was very helpful and knowledgable and took a lot of time to show us some of the cars available on the lot. He also showed us a new Ford Focus Demo that hat 5000 miles on it but had several discounts that made it only slightly more than the higher mileage used cars we had looked at. We worked with Dorian & Frank to get the best possible trade in and excellent discounts & financing to get a much better car than we had anticipated. They negotiated the deal without even seeing our Honda. Dorian & Frank stayed well past closing to help us reach a great deal. The finance manager also stayed late to guide us through all the paper work. Then Dorian came to pick up our trade in the next morning on his own time. He also took the time to expertly show us how to use the features on our new Ford. It turned out to be a great experience. More

Tail Light Replacement I went in to Parks Ford after I noticed an issue with my left rear tail light. Upon further inspection, a small crack was discovered which led to mois I went in to Parks Ford after I noticed an issue with my left rear tail light. Upon further inspection, a small crack was discovered which led to moisture getting into the tail light and causing my issue. Despite the crack, Will Smith was still able to get Ford to replace my part under warranty with absolutely no trouble. Everything was handled extremely professionally and promptly. I would gladly recommend the Parks Ford service department and Will Smith in particular to anyone who asked. More
