While the lease/ delivery process with Will Bozeman was smooth and painless, I'm also extremely pleased with the level of service I've received from the service team- and particularly Service Advisor, Will Smith. He is knowledgeable, professional, friendly and has consistently provided the highest levels of customer service. Not only do I have a great Ford vehicle, I have a great place to get it serviced - and am happy to recommend Parks Ford to anyone who wants the same. More

I told him my problem and he took my vehicle right in, diagnosed my problem very quickly and gave me a reasonable quote and an excellent turn around time for repair. Can you ask for more? More

My salesman, David Bonsey, was extremely knowledgable about the vehicle and very friendly and helpful. Once I decided to purchase the car, both he and the Business Manager Vincent Ippolito stayed late (on a holiday) to make sure the whole process was completed correctly and to my satisfaction. When a minor problem brought me back the next day, Senior Service Advisor Alan Sarne took care of the problem immediately and efficiently. He also was very friendly and knowledgable. I would DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone looking for a positive car buying and/or service experience. More

Great Service These folks are always very helpful and friendly. The other day I saw what looked like a gouge on the side of one tire and took it in and they told m These folks are always very helpful and friendly. The other day I saw what looked like a gouge on the side of one tire and took it in and they told me I needed a new tire under warrantee. They put a spare on for me and ordered the tire. They called me when the tire was in and left a message. I did not get to my messages till well after 5pm and called Parks Ford to ask them to hold the tire as I needed to go on a trip the next day and it was already close to 5:30pm. I did not think I would make it there to give them enough time to put the tire on my car before closing. Will Smith (not the actor!) was the service rep and he said he wanted me to take the trip on a good tire and he asked how long it would take for me to get there. I replied 15 minutes and he said he would ask a technician to wait on me. Sure enough, they waited on me and Will and the technician were there waiting on me - I was the only customer around- and they put the new tire on and even performed all their routine checks although after 6pm. I have had great service from all the reps there but this one incident topped them. More
