Recall Work I purchased a 2009 Ford F 150 CPO at another dealership. That dealership claimed they handled all existing recalls. Come to find out there was still I purchased a 2009 Ford F 150 CPO at another dealership. That dealership claimed they handled all existing recalls. Come to find out there was still a open recall. I took my F150 to Wesley chapel and they handled the recall quickly. Why I was there they also fixed a transmission issue. This was all covered under the CPO program. Brent got me in quickly, he was very pleasant, and everything is up to date. A day later, my door handle broke on my ford fusion. I stopped by to make an appointment ... but Brent said don't worry ... stay here ... I will have it done in an hour. I'm not sure if it was coincidence or just great service, but that's what we bought! The financing was great, really low interest. They even recommended a lower rate with a local credit union instead of Ford Credit. Nice. We feel very comfortable buying a certified pre-owned car because the warranty is from Ford, not the dealer. I know if I have a problem I can take the car to any Ford dealer for service. More
