My friend and I were comparison shopping and wanted to look at the Ford Escape and the Ford Fusion. Both had been recommended by family members with the Fusion being the one we wanted to look at closely. When we first met Frank Lacey, I shared feelings regarding the bad experiences I had had with the Ford 500 I had purchased at a different dealership and concerns. ( These concerns could be validated as the car was used in the purchase as a trade-in. ) We then met with Hector Rosina. He was most knowledgeable, pointed out specific features of each vehicle we looked at, and took the time to listen to our thoughts as well as answer questions we had regarding the vehicle. Once we saw the Fusion, sat in it, rode in it, and realized its comfort free from road noise and economical gas mileage, we decided to purchase the vehicle. Each person we dealt with was most personable, made us feel welcomed, and took the time necessary to close the deal considering all involved. I would highly recommend Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel to friends and family. More

Best experience ever! We had planned to visit five dealerships that day. Parks Ford was our first stop and when we left we had purchased a used 2014 Ford Explorer. First person was Wayne who showed us all the vehicles we wanted to see. Wayne was friendly and polite and answered all of our questions. The second person was Frank, also was very open and welcoming to us. Frank made the process of figuring out the best deal for us very, very pleasurable. The third person was Paul. Paul is outgoing, friendly and very efficient in explaining all the forms, figuring the best terms for us and simplifying what each form was. Have had no dealings yet with the service department but if the way the car was handed over to us is any example, totally clean inside and out, then we have absolutely had the best car buying experience ever!
