everyone was very friendly . ricky and george were very informative and answered all questions asked. frank was o.k. he didnt give me what i feel i deserved on my vehicle on trade but it was either tell informative and answered all questions asked. frank was o.k. he didnt give me what i feel i deserved on my vehicle on trade but it was either tell him to screw off or just get it over with that part i didnt enjoy. the worst part of this whole thing was trying to get this email to go thru it kept making me change things i actually dumped it in trash and took it out and tried again. My wife and I were completely surprised by the buying experience at Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel. Ferrel listened to what we were interested in and was able to show us the car with exactly what we were looking for and did not attempt to sell us anything else. There was no pushing on his part which made the buying experiencing so great. Everyone that was involved in the sale of our vehicle allowed us to move at our pace and they were not in a hurry to get us in the vehicle and push us out the door. When it came to price, it was a no hassle deal. We knew how much we wanted to pay for our vehicle and Parks Ford was able to make that happen. More

I was very pleased with the help on making my purchase of a Ford Focus. Carlo was great to work with as the others who helped me make a decision. As when I first got their I really didn't know what I wante a Ford Focus. Carlo was great to work with as the others who helped me make a decision. We definitely would recommend Parks Ford. Our buying experience was handled very professionally by all the staff. Our first contact was by internet when "building a Ford". We received a call that same experience was handled very professionally by all the staff. Our first contact was by internet when "building a Ford". We received a call that same evening to schedule an appointment. Next morning, we met with our salesman, Ricky Pritzlaff. He was very helpful & knowledgeable about the Escape we eventually purchased. He was great to work with. He spent a lot of time with us but he was not high pressure. We were introduced to Alan in Service and he remembered us from last year when we had our Flex serviced. Frank Lacey handled our trade-in transaction very fairly and Paul Stokes explained all the paperwork. We also got a follow-up call just to ask how we liked our new Escape. We would purchase another vehicle from Parks. GREAT DEALERSHIP - EXCELLENT STAFF!!!! More

I went to Parks Ford with my father-in-law to have a test drive and ended up walking out with a car. Carlos Gonzalez worked with me to get a deal that fit my budget without killing my wallet.
