I bought my new Mustang from Parks Ford, and since that time, I have taken it back to them a few times for window tinting by a third party. I even stopped in one day when I purchased a new phone. Will Sm time, I have taken it back to them a few times for window tinting by a third party. I even stopped in one day when I purchased a new phone. Will Smith took the time to sync it with the car. After the car was a couple months old with 500 miles on it, I noticed a couple of the wheels had some damage. I dealt with Will again. He was very professional and did his due diligence. Ellis Adams also looked at the wheels, and then referred me to a third party to refurbish them and they turned out great. Parks Ford has a great service team - Will Smith the Service Advisor, John Sicurella who has shuttled me back and forth to and from my house, Niko who checks in the car and drives it up when the work is done, and of course Ellis Adams the Service Director.
