Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel

I first located the car that I finally purchased at Parks Ford on the internet. I had several questions when I called since I live in Tallahassee I didn't want to waste my time driving all the way to Tampa a Ford on the internet. I had several questions when I called since I live in Tallahassee I didn't want to waste my time driving all the way to Tampa and the information be incorrect however I was given all the information and I drove down to Tampa and the car was exactly as presented on the advertisement. I ask that a new top be installed on the car [ since it was a convertible] and after some discussion it was agreed that a new top would be installed so the top was ordered and I agreed to return the car to Tampa when the top arrived. I delivered the car on Thursday Nov. 21, 2013 and returned on Nov. 23, 2013 and the car was ready to pick up. Parks also rented me a car to return back to Tallahassee while they were working on my top. I will say that I was treated with the most professional and courteous service and Will Bozeman and Marco Persach made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase along with your finance man that handled the financing. When we first went there, we were looking at a certain vehicle. When we went in to see about finances, we were sitting there for quite a while. That particular option was declined, but we were able to buy something else, and we put in on those options and asked for them to get back to us, this was Saturday night. Paul called us back on Monday on the approval. But we still had to do some waiting to find out about the vehicle we really wanted, because the vehicle that was approved was not what we really wanted. We were approved for the van we wanted and it's in good condition except for some spots in the carpet, not much. It was different than what we were expecting when buying a car. We didn't get the pushy, shovy salesman. And the vehicles weren't extremely overpriced to begin with like we saw at other dealers. But when trying to negotiate a price we weren't hearing the overall picture which is what we wanted. Overall we were happy. It was better than we expected in some ways and not what we expected in other ways, but we bought the van and I am happy with it :) And I didn't feel like I was signing my life away. More

Javier is great. i had been to this dealer three times in the last two weeks and Javier worked with me to find comfort and in a price range i could afford. From the point of introduction to the end of the sale, Andy Alvarado was extremely patient and supportive helping with our effort to purchase a vehicle.
