I scheduled an oil change yesterday online. Never received a confirmation. Showed up for appointment on time at 11 am. Kid came to my truck and said I was not on the sheet for an appointment. H Never received a confirmation. Showed up for appointment on time at 11 am. Kid came to my truck and said I was not on the sheet for an appointment. He said don't worry we will accommodate you. He turned around in front of my vehicle and engaged in a prolonged conversation w/ 5 of his coworkers and ignored me. I walked inside and 5 people looked at me and cut me dead.. I have proof if anyone is interested that they acknowledged my appointment. Did not do followup and wasted my time. It is unacceptable behavior from their staff will never return to this dealer. More
