Ryan contacted me about a inquiry I made on auto trader within 24 hours of making it. Was able to to purchase the car next day and he answered all my questions. Had some stuff to take out of my old car and within 24 hours of making it. Was able to to purchase the car next day and he answered all my questions. My experience started off good on Saturday with everyone there being nice and the salesman George was nice. I like the Ranger they sold me. The trouble came when they tried giving me $21k for my 2018 ford t there being nice and the salesman George was nice. I like the Ranger they sold me. The trouble came when they tried giving me $21k for my 2018 ford transit 250 with 56k miles on it. In very good condition with brand new tires and zero rust. I wanted at least $28k which is low because the Kelly blue book value was $31-33k. They ended up giving me $24k because they said my van was a Massachusetts van and they didn’t know how to tell a buyer that because it might have rust. There was no rust. I had my van coated and undercoated yearly. Then they say it needs new brake pads and a windshield haha. The cheapest things to repair. They said they will be lucky to get $30k for the van. I wake up on Sunday to find out they have it listed already for $36k. I understand they have to make profit but $12k profit for lying to a loyal hard working customer is very bad. I called them and their excuse was the brake pads and windshield was very expensive! They are probably going through my insurance to get the windshield and break pads are $120. I wish they would resolve this issue because I am not happy. Crooks More

Yavet Sempruno is the man! I came down from Jacksonville to Wesley chapel to view a Used Ranger. Upon arrival Yavet was quick to give excellent customer service and maintained I came down from Jacksonville to Wesley chapel to view a Used Ranger. Upon arrival Yavet was quick to give excellent customer service and maintained nothing less then professionalism throughout the entire process. But he didn’t stop there.
