Came in looking for a Mustang Mach E which we discovered was special order only, but Garfield took us on a test drive with the one they use for display/test drives. Great test drive and conveyed all the information about the car and answered all of our questions. So went ahead and ordered one. However after learning that lead time was 28 weeks, needed something to drive in the mean time. Garfield took initiative and showed us the only 2 new trucks on the lot. We then decided to purchase the new Ranger Lariat Tremor on the spot. And even though it was then early evening, and place was deserted, everyone stayed late and got the deal done and delivered. Can’t thank everyone enough for the help and experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking. And BTW, they do not gouge people with any additional pandemic price markups.
