We just purchased our 5th Ford in 10 years from Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel. There are many reasons for this loyalty. Sales manager, Frank Lacey (who we purchased all 5 from) is extremely kind, straigh Ford of Wesley Chapel. There are many reasons for this loyalty. Sales manager, Frank Lacey (who we purchased all 5 from) is extremely kind, straight forward and honest. In addition, product consultant, Rich Jodway, absolutely went out of his way to make sure our buying process went smoothly - and that we were pleased with the purchase. Came in looking for a Mustang Mach E which we discovered was special order only, but Garfield took us on a test drive with the one they use for display/test drives. Great test drive and conveyed all the inf was special order only, but Garfield took us on a test drive with the one they use for display/test drives. Great test drive and conveyed all the information about the car and answered all of our questions. So went ahead and ordered one. However after learning that lead time was 28 weeks, needed something to drive in the mean time. Garfield took initiative and showed us the only 2 new trucks on the lot. We then decided to purchase the new Ranger Lariat Tremor on the spot. And even though it was then early evening, and place was deserted, everyone stayed late and got the deal done and delivered. Can’t thank everyone enough for the help and experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking. And BTW, they do not gouge people with any additional pandemic price markups. They get that they are in business for the long run. Thanks again. Looking forward to my updates on my Mach E. More

There are good dealerships and bad dealerships as I have bought 20 new cars in the past 20 years (nobody said I was brilliant!). This is a great dealership.
