Greg Babcock was by far the best car salesman we have ever had. He was no nonsense and got us a great deal! My husband and I had to sadly say "Goodbye" to our tried & true Ford Lariat 150 truck last week She had over 250,000 miles on her and was nearing the end of her life. We received a fair price for the tra & true Ford Lariat 150 truck last week She had over 250,000 miles on her and was nearing the end of her life. We received a fair price for the trade-in from Sales Manager Gene Margolies, who was very kind and professional. Our personable and knowledgeable Sales Consultant, Rich Jodway, spent hours of his valuable time test-driving several vehicles and offering us his experienced advice in regards to our needs. And Zory DeLuna, our Financial Manager, worked into the late hours of the evening to ensure we got the best value for our new Ford F150 Lariat. My husband and I truly appreciated the kindness and professionalism we received from these valuable and trustworthy employees from Parks Ford. We HIGHLY recommend this dealership!!!!😃😃😃😃 More
Service department stole items from my vehicle while working on my truck. The manager didn’t seemed concerned by the situation either. He said they will “look into it” working on my truck. The manager didn’t seemed concerned by the situation either. He said they will “look into it” More

I'll start with this: I'm not sure why a vehicle was listed for sale on the lot, but not available to purchase for "an unknown time." Seems like a bait and switch. That being said, learning it was not a listed for sale on the lot, but not available to purchase for "an unknown time." Seems like a bait and switch. That being said, learning it was not available currently I was still willing to wait. Knowing reviews are vital to a business and they likely get the attention of ownership/management, I felt obligated to leave this to protect other potential customers, or at minimum set a level of expectation before walking in the doors. If you call this dealership DO NOT ask for Lindsey in sales and if you get her ask for someone else (not sure if that is the spelling or not). As a business owner I would re-think allowing her to deal with prospective customers for the following reasons: 1) I called the dealership and she answered, they were closing in approximately 20 minutes but she said she would call me back that night or the following day. She did ask if it was ok to text and I said "yes." I did receive a text, a generic one, and did not get any additional phone calls or attempts to call me back for two days. 2) I called back and had to remind her who I was and the situation was discussed. I got apologies and she said she was still waiting on her manager to get back to her, I don't think she ever called but I can't prove that. She stated she would reach out to him and call me back and the reason I didn't hear from her at all was I didn't reply back to the generic text "yes." *I guess she does not make traditional phone calls. Also of note, I was not told I had to hit reply, just told her it was OK to text me. 3) After that phone call which was at 11am, I followed up with her after 5pm that afternoon and was ghosted for two days until I called again. 4) When I called HER again and relayed to two people I DID NOT want to talk to her asking for a new sales associate to help me, surprise she answered the phone. Not a new person, not a manager, no one but her. At that time I simply stated with the level of customer service I was not comfortable working with her as her communication was lacking and I had lost confidence in her abilities. She then quickly stated, "oh, I talked to my manager and he said only 300 miles are on that truck and he said he was not eager to sell it even after the 2,000 miles and he may keep it longer." I told her I appreciated her time, at which point she was the happiest sales associate to date with a happy, chipper, derogatory response for me to have a good day was insulting so I ended the call. I typically purchase fleet vehicles; however, from the first call I stated I was not sure if I wanted to create a fleet account or buy the truck as a consumer, but I was very motivated to buy it and was willing to wait and put a deposit down. As a business owner, I find this treatment deplorable and I do hope that upper management will take this review seriously. I'm curious if someone from upper management will care enough to even reach out to me as I was prepared to pay for the asking price and at the timelines terms the dealership needed. I will not attempt to purchase any vehicle from this dealer and will continue to take my business to Mullinax in Orlando for all of my company needs. They are absolutely amazing! The only reason I reached out to this dealer in the first place was the vehicle had two features I really like that Mullinax's didn't. So sad that one rogue sales associate cost this dealer an opportunity at my immediate business, but repeat over time had everything of went smoothly. As I began this review and please heed my advice; if Lindsey (sp?) answers the phone either end the call or ask for someone else immediately. I also cannot attest if the dealership as a whole is this poorly operated, I can only assume from my experience described herein where there is smoke there is fire. Don't forget, you are a singular person looking for vehicles available by the thousands, and from hundreds of establishments. Spend your tens of thousands wisely and where you feel you are the most important person to them, even when you are not. More
