I have read numerous complains online where this is a common manufacturer defect since around 2012 and here I am with a 2017 model and Ford still have not fix the issue. From both the Dealer and Ford corporation this not a defect but wear and tear that will cost you around $1,100 to repair. I have own numerous SUV and cars and have never encounter a windshield defect that makes the interior of your car as loud as have your windows down. I hope I save some of you from making the same mistake I made. Do not purchase extended warranty it will not do you any good. More

Will Smith in the service Department is the best. He is a man of his word. Will went out of his way to get my truck serviced and get me back on the road. Thanks Mr. Smith man of his word. Will went out of his way to get my truck serviced and get me back on the road. Thanks Mr. Smith More

On 9/30/2020 I purchased a CPO - 2019 F150 Lariat with 11k miles from Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel. 3 days after taking it home, I received 3 malfunction indicator lamp errors. 1. The engine control sy 11k miles from Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel. 3 days after taking it home, I received 3 malfunction indicator lamp errors. 1. The engine control system has detected an improper connection/installation of the engine crankcase hoses and sealing items. 2. The powertrain control system has detected that it is unable to fully open or close the lower active grille shutters. 3. The powertrain control system has detected that it is unable to fully open or close the upper active grille shutters. On 10/5/2020 I scheduled a maintenance inspection with Greenway Ford (Orlando) who promptly told me error #1 was due to an aftermarket air intake on the truck and to contact the dealership where I purchased the truck. Greenway Ford cleared the check engine light, but instructed that they will return. The 3 malfunction indicator lamp errors returned exactly 3 days later. Same day, 10/5/2020, I called Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel and spoke with the used car sales manager, "Gene". I explained to Gene what the issue was and he stated he would need to talk to the Service Dept. and would give me a call back. Gene called back a little later asking for the code pulled by Greenway Ford, P04DB and stated he would call me back in a day or 2 after talking again with the Service Dept. I did not received a call back. I called back on 10/8/2020 and Gene apologized for not calling back. I fully understand, things are pretty busy around the shop. After talking with Gene, he stated that he would see if the Service Dept. had the equipment to put my vehicle back to OEM spec., if they could not fix the errors. I still have not heard back. As for errors #2 and #3 (upper and lower active grill shutters), I got down and looked underneath the grille and all of the shutters are missing from the lower unit and there is no upper unit installed. This is a certified pre-owned vehicle with missing and aftermarket parts. Is this not a part of the CPO inspection? Sorry for the long read and thank you for your time. More
