I couldn’t have asked for a better car shopping experience! From start to finish Tanner Goktepe was upfront, honest, and helpful. Him and Carlos Gonzalez both stayed way past closing time to make sure we were set with financing and well taken care of! Tanner set up all the settings in my new Explorer, synced the FordPass app to it, and even loaded the stuff from my old car while we were signing papers. I usually dread car shopping/salesman but I am super glad we had a great team and The process was smooth and easy. Thanks!!! More

Martel Witherspoon was the best salesman I've ever been in contact with. He was very helpful and extremely patient while I decided which vehicle I wanted and he went out of his way to make sure we had any information that my husband asked for. From being courteously greeted every time you visit the dealership regardless of who you encounter, to sales persons who communicate every detail so there are no surprises, and completing the purchase through the finance department, the entire staff makes you feel like you're part of a family. A great big thank you to Mike and Victor who met us at the door so many times, before, during and after the purchase, the ladies at the Concierge desk, Tony and Greg in the Sales area, Rich in the Parts Department, and Justin Kokendra who put the finishing touches to the entire transaction.
