Vehicle under warranty brought in for AC issue. Service said it was fine but the compressor was cycling. Bring it back out of warranty and all of a sudden they find it yet I have to pay. ****do not go to Parks Ford**** They say manufacture defect yet it’s not covered?? They knew it all along. Brand new Ford blowing hot air for 3 years and now they find it. So pissed. ******* Had to pay $100 due to service techs that are unable to identify an issue/lack of training!! Hopefully Parks Ford does the right thing and refunds the money!! ****** More

He showed great concern for my needs, was extremely knowledgeable about the product, and went above and beyond to be sure I was comfortable with my decision. He listened to me, he was very patient, and had a very pleasant personality, I walked out to my new leased car feeling Trevaris would be helpful to me if I had any problem in the future. Now that is what I call a good, sharp salesman, and Parks Ford a good place to do business. More

Sold me a damaged car as new Paid cash for a 2019 GT last week. Was doing my daily inspection on the 2nd day we had it home and found two manufacturers defects. One, there is abou Paid cash for a 2019 GT last week. Was doing my daily inspection on the 2nd day we had it home and found two manufacturers defects. One, there is about an inch space between the headlight and bumper exposing the internal components, second the grey calipers had white corrosion on all of them (like acid had been leaked on them). Took the car in 5 days ago and they said headlight would be done before end of day and Calipers had to be ordered. Remember, this is a BRAND NEW CAR, then I get a call that they dont have the knowledge or tools to fix the headlight so the car needs to go to the body shop but it was being rushed over. Two days later, I get a call that the car is back but they repaired the wrong thing and headlight still has spacing. What the xxxx did they fix and why so many things wrong with a brand new car? This is the most unbeleivable thing I have ever been through when buying something new. Oh, and the people "at the right pay grade" to answer certain questions NEVER CALL BACK. I have asked for a full refund or new car, they still have the car I own and are ignoring me. More

Every person we met was customer service oriented. We especially want to thank Shane Norsworthy, Genl Sales Mgr and our salesperson, Chaz Massaro. They were both exceptional to deal with and made you feel at home and comfortable. They were both very professional. We also dealt wiht Donna Grenke in customer service and Joseph Howard the service advisor. The were also exceptional to deal with. We are very pleased with our purchase, and especially with these Park employees who were above all in service. We have never encountered such professional courtesy and outstanding service. If you are in the market for a New or Used vehicle, make sure you see these people. You will be pleasantly surprised. More
