The salesman who worked with me admitted multiple time that he didn’t know anything about the car I wanted to purchase, nor could he answer basic questions about ford ownership. He was very nice, courteous and helpful despite his lack of knowledge. The car buying process took entirely too long. I was there for over 6 hours. I am not complaining about Gil at all. but I would never shop for another car at Parks ever again no one seemed to know what they were doing. The guy who had me sign the papers was new and the guy training him was also new and everyone always had to go ask someone else how to do their job. More

This was a truly unexpected and not on the budget. But ​I want to give a massive shout-out to Alejandro, who handled my visit from start to finish. He was professional, incredibly helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure I got a great price on my new tires. He explained the options clearly and worked to find a deal that fit my budget, which I honestly didn't think was possible when I first came in. ​The entire process was smooth, efficient, and transparent. It’s clear that this service department, and Alejandro in particular, genuinely cares about the customer's best interests. Thank you, Alejandro also Technician Nicholas Nunez and the Hyundai team, for turning a routine recall visit into a great service experience with significant savings!
