Ana Roa --- the BEST! Last month we got "the new car" bug and decided to call Ana Roa of Park's Hyundai to discuss trading in our 2013 Santa Fe for a newer model. We had d Last month we got "the new car" bug and decided to call Ana Roa of Park's Hyundai to discuss trading in our 2013 Santa Fe for a newer model. We had dealt with Ana last August and were very satisfied with her service. She not only found us a new 2018 Santa Fe but was also able to offer us a great trade-in value, as we still had a car payment on the 2013. Not only did she accommodate our wishes, she actually drove the new car to us in Ocala (a 45 minute trip), then changed out the license plate, explained all the new safety features and Apple Car feature, as well as completing the necessary paperwork!
