My daughter bought a brand new Hyundia Elentra and was told she would get so many complementary oil changes and ect.. My daughter called yesterday to set up her last free oil change and she specifically a told she would get so many complementary oil changes and ect.. My daughter called yesterday to set up her last free oil change and she specifically asked the lady on the phone to check and make sure this was her last free oil change. The lady told her she would check and put her on hold. When the lady came back to the phone she said that this was her last one and that she had no more after this. So when we took it in today at the s reduce time and dropped it off everything was good. They set us up an Uber while the car was getting serviced. We get down the street they call and say it's going to cost her $80.00 that it wasn't complementary and asked if she still wanted it done. My daughter couldn't understand why the lady told her yesterday that it was complementary and today she's being told $80.00. We live an hour away and we don't exactly go to gainesville a lot. The service guy Alejandro was the one taking care of us he doesn't have the best customer service attitude nor does he know how to talk to people. He was rude and very inconsiderate.. He then called manager Luciano out there where we were and told him or tried to tell him what was Goin on. At this point my daughter is already upset and just wants to leave. Luciano asked my daughter what was going on she told him and he did try to give her a complementary oil change my daughter refused because of how nasty Alejandro had been to her. Everything my daughter has taken her car there to be serviced they never rotate the tires not once. The only thing they do is change the oil and there is no proof they do that. They need to send some of their service department employees to customer service 101 classes. Learn how to talk to people the correct way you don't know what someone is goin thru. I would like to tell Luciano Thank You. Being kind goes along way. I couldn't have asked for a more respectful person than you. More
