Awesome! Staff goes the extra mile for their customers. When my 2008 Honda Civic unceremoniously declined in health, I was thrown into the market for a used (or perhaps an affordable new) vehicle. After plenty of research online and some suggestions from friends, I got fairly set on the 2018 Hyundai Elantra. I was home for Christmas in Vero Beach and started shopping at several dealerships nearby. Route 60 Hyundai provided the worst, rudest experience I've encountered at a car dealership. Needless to say, I did not purchase a vehicle from them (and their final price was thousands above my final OTD price with Parks). I'm sharing that experience only to provide contrast to the exceptional experience I had in my interactions with Parks Hyundai of Gainesville. I decided to reach out to Parks right around Christmas Eve. Although they were closed, my salesperson Ana Roa (who currently handles internet leads) promptly responded via text and let me know she'd reach out to me soon. Ana called me back the day after Christmas, offered the deal I requested (matching another dealership), sweetened the deal with $300 extra off, and offered to come pick me up in Vero Beach so I could "test drive"/get back to Gainesville (I'm a student at UF). She got up early and drove 3 hours to pick me up the next day! The trip up to Gainesville was good; Ana was kind, conversational, and professional. Some salespeople would be very hard to be in a car with for that long. When we got to the dealership, the rest of the process was smooth. I felt valued and taken care of as a customer all the way through. Laura in financing was patient in answering some questions I had. Finally, a day later, I received a voicemail from an administrator, Brent Russell. He left a sincere, genuine message checking up on me, including a considerate, heartfelt thanks for doing business with Parks. I have no gripes, no complaints.
