Lowell's completion of the paperwork made the process effortless and Austin provided a smooth and information packed delivery of the vehicle to us. If there was a way to give negative stars I would. I do not recommend this dealership or its service department. They have had my vehicle for almost 2 months now, for the 4th time in less than 2 month I do not recommend this dealership or its service department. They have had my vehicle for almost 2 months now, for the 4th time in less than 2 months, for accumulative time in their shop of over 5 months (I have only owned the car for 6 months) and still cannot figure out the issue. However, they have no issue guessing and filing multiple claims against my warranty. Run as far as you can to somewhere else. Do not take you vehicle to this service department! More

Absolute worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. They only want people who are ready to buy on the spot. They seem extremely offended that you would ever want to sleep on a big purchase dealership. They only want people who are ready to buy on the spot. They seem extremely offended that you would ever want to sleep on a big purchase or do more research. They kept pushing that if I just named a number I should be able to buy the car right then. I straight up told them they were being way too aggressive and I was not ready to buy that day. I was wanting to come back the next day. That apparently was not good enough for them. Also got the pleasure of overhearing one of their employees tell another employee that they could not take a single day of vacation unless they had a vacation voucher and it didn't matter what was going on they had to show up to work or they would be out of a job. More

What a bizarre experience at this dealership. Even by car dealer standards. We set out in the morning to look at 4 similar vehicles at 4 separate dealerships. I told all of them I wanted to trade my vehicle and wanted their bottom line price so I could sleep on it and make my decision the next day. No car dealership B.S.please. I ended up with a clueless salesperson (I think/hope he was new) who tried to get me to sign a handwritten agreement that I would buy the vehicle if we agreed on a price. That made NO sense. I got frustrated and asked the salesperson to get me a manager. I ended up with the finance manager which, again, made no sense since as I had told the salesperson I was paying cash. The finance manger asked how much I wanted to pay for the vehicle (duh, the lowest price possible). He was rude and unprofessional and would not give me the appraised value of my vehicle unless I gave him a number. We walked out! The other three dealerships were cooperative, professional, and honored my request. We bought a vehicle the next day from one of the other dealerships. There a numerous Hyundai dealers in the area. FIND ANOTHER ONE!! More
