Both of my visits to Parks where actually late in the evening, actually about 30 minutes prior to closing, and both times I received exceptional service even though it was literally closing time! I very easily could have dismissed or rushed so the employees could go home for the day, but I was welcomed in and greeted as though it was the middle if the day - and was not pressured in the slightest! The manner in which I was treated as a customer in general, from my first visit to browse to leaving with a new set of keys, was exceptional! I was equally impressed with both John Haller and Scott Wright (as well as Ivy Lee, who unfortunately is no longer with you)...they were quick to answer my questions, facilitate a first AND second test drive in the car I was interested in, and they were all not only knowledgeable but incredibly personable! It didn't feel like stressful negotiation/business transaction, but more like a laid back, pressure free sale/trade between friends. I honestly don't believe I've ever used the term pleasant in regards to buying a used car before - but this was easily the best used car buying experience I've ever had!! I would not only recommend these guys to anyone currently looking for a new or used vehicle, but I would also say that I'm actually looking forward to returning in a year or two when I plan on trading up for brand new car!!!
