They tried to quote me a price well over MSRP due to the shortage. It's not even close. They try to dress it up with the whole parks perks thing which adds zero added value to the vehicle as the manufacture shortage. It's not even close. I have made multiple trips to get my Hyundai Sonata fixed of recall work here. It takes weeks to get in the queue. Very consistently I will not get a call back. My car has been in the shop for over six out of recall work here. It takes weeks to get in the queue. Very consistently I will not get a call back. My car has been in the shop for over six out of the past 8 weeks for a cylinder 1 misfire. Still diagnosing the same problem they didn’t fix the first time. Really. I guess that is why the service managers don't call, there's nothing to report... On top of that, if you pay with a credit card, they charge you an extra 3% service fee! A mom and pop shop, sure, but a national chain? Greedy. More
