Our salesman, Brian Crain, was great My wife and I bought a 2015 Tahoe from Parks Hyundai on 4/17/16 and had a great experience from beginning to end. Our salesman, Brian Crain, was great from the moment he greeted us in the parking lot. We had contacted him before we drove down and he met us at the vehicle which he had waiting up front for us. He gave us the most in depth walk around and introduction to a vehicle I have ever had. He then took us on a very thorough test drive that really showed us how the vehicle operated under various types of driving scenarios. Back at the dealership the sales transaction went quickly and smoothly, and Brian never pressured us or made us feel uncomfortable. Once we agreed on the terms of the deal, the sales manager, Scott Wright, was professional, friendly, and very efficient. This was the best car buying experience I have ever encountered!
