New friends and car I was used to only buying new vehicles but this time I was in the market for a used vehicle. DO NOT GO THERE FOR ANYTHING!!! I dropped my vehicle 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport off for service at Parks Hyundai – Gainesville, FL for oil, air and cabin filter replacement on Apr 1 I dropped my vehicle 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport off for service at Parks Hyundai – Gainesville, FL for oil, air and cabin filter replacement on Apr 13, 2016. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, I noticed a 10” crack on my passenger side windshield. I returned to Hyundai Service to reveal the damage and I was told by the staff (Service & Parts Manager/Director) that I was liable for the crack and that they were not in fault. I am appalled that even though the pre inspection sheet listed no damage, they basically called me a liar. I approached them with respect and it was not reciprocated. I even bought the brand new car from Hyundai and had all services done there. I have several family members, coworkers and friends that are Hyundai owners in the area and around the US, and I will make sure they are not going to Parks Hyundai – Gainesville, FL for any repairs or service. Yes, I along with all other FL residents, receive one windshield per year with my full coverage insurance. I should not be criminalized in a way that I had to use my free windshield because your staff chose to imply that I was at fault. I know I did not crack my windshield. More
