We found that Ivy's superb listening skills and natural desire to "get it right" for the customer resulted in a very enjoyable car-buying process: her honesty and directness earned Ivy our loyalty. Ivy is clearly on an upward trajectory - I see her as upper management material - so if you want to buy a car from her, don't dawdle! Ivy was "patience personified" - we weren't exactly sure what car we were looking for, so we focused on gas mileage and reliability... Ivy found us SO many good options at Parks Hyundai, and took time to explain why each car could be good for us. Ivy worked with her manager Ramon to get us some great deals on the cars we liked best, then facilitated a smooth trade-in and finance process for our purchase. Ivy's after-sales care is as great as the sales experience was: three months later we are still super-happy with the car we purchased from her because the gas mileage is as promised, and we have a great (affordable) warranty package in case of issues in the future.
