Makes the car-buying process less stressful than one would expect. I have used the service department at Parks for a number of years for my 2006 Azera and have always had a good experience. Buying our 2017 Sonata Hybr I have used the service department at Parks for a number of years for my 2006 Azera and have always had a good experience. Buying our 2017 Sonata Hybrid was very straight-forward and as easy as possible in a time when one has to wade through all of the paper work now required for car sales. Ms. Lee was very helpful to us in getting everything taken care of in a relatively short time (a couple of hours) and gave us a very thorough run-through of all of the advanced technology of Sonata Hybrid. I had initiated this purchase as an on-line transaction and it went very smoothly, partly because I had done a lot of research about the vehicle we wanted and partly because we had arranged financing before going to the dealership. I look forward to a continuing relationship with Parks Hyundai. More

Nate Klemp the service advisor was on the job. The vehicle that we purchased, new, needed some new headlamps. Nate ordered them and within two days, the new lamps were installed! Talk about service!!! Fergus Kelly and Scott Wright both sales managers were on hand at all times and made my husband and I feel very at home. The dealership is very clean and well appointed and all of the staff are super easy to work with. Laura Batten the finance manager walked us through the paperwork in a very professional way that was actually fun! That's got to be a first!! More
