The main reason that we did not give an excellent rating on everything was due exclusively to the length of time the purchasing procedure took. We finished out test drive before 6:30 p.m. and did not leave on everything was due exclusively to the length of time the purchasing procedure took. We finished out test drive before 6:30 p.m. and did not leave the dealership until 9:45. Pat treated us very well and stayed with us until well after we were taken to the finance office. We have no problems with any of the staff. They were all very pleasant and helpful. We spent most of the time waiting for the finance department. Evidently there was only one finance officer working. Once we got into the finance office, we spent about 45 minutes with him which by that time was 9:45 p.m. Next time we will know to eat dinner before we go look at vehicles. More

She carries on the service provided by her two predecessors whom moved up in the organization. Having service writers with this kind of lenghtly tenure demostrates the organizational quality of PARKS MOTORS. The blame for employee long term employment and experience; friendly and courteous service to customers in the sales process; and excellent and technically profienct service technicians, some whom have serviced my vehicles since 2000, are due to the owner of the business, John Culver.
