Actually we’ve never had any problems with the dealership, but the service department is such a scam! We took our car in there with a list of what was wrong and they claimed that they had fixed 3 dealership, but the service department is such a scam! We took our car in there with a list of what was wrong and they claimed that they had fixed 3 things on the list and handed us a bill for $494.00. We thought everything was covered with the $4000 warranty we bought with the car……….evidently we were wrong. If what they fixed was really fixed it still was way over priced, but nothing they fixed stayed fixed. The only thing that worked was the easy out seat worked for about a week. It now works occasionally. We are retired and live on a fixed income and spending that kind of money for nothing from a place we’ve gotten good service from for years was a hard pill to swallow! My advice is never take your car to this service department unless you just want to get scammed! The parts manager is Dustin with Parks Motors CDJR More
