Don’t ever go to the service department with the manager Tim, worst experience ever. He’s very manipulative along with his assistant manager emily. If I could leave less then one star, I would. Terrible Customer Service Parks Motors sold me a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica that spontaneously burst into flames due to a faulty headlight (photo attached). Since they sold me the Parks Motors sold me a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica that spontaneously burst into flames due to a faulty headlight (photo attached). Since they sold me the MaxCare Lifetime Warranty on the vehicle, I called to ask the dealership, Parks Motors, if they would be willing to stand behind their product and help in some way. I was connected with a GM by the name of Christi Henderson who, after several minutes of combativeness, accused me of threatening her and hung up on me. Perfect way to handle a customer whose family of 7 was very nearly killed in a faulty vehicle sold by their company. I would recommend staying away from Parks Motors & buying a car from a reputable dealership who respects their clients. More

Prior to any repairs, the company was made aware that the car was driven through water. By Wednesday, the company called and told me the issue. In agreement to replace the part, they did. They then told me of electronic components acting up in another area. By Thursday, I was told to come pick my car up. The same day, I was told not to come pick the car up. The following Monday, I was again told to pick up the car as it was fixed. When I went to pick up the car on Tuesday (the following day), I paid for the service and left. I left the shop and not even making it 2 miles away, the issue with the car was still there. I took the car back to the shop and was issued a full refund. Since their diagnosis did not fix the issues, I requested that they put the old parts back on the car. They told me that they cannot as they no longer had them, but was "the reason that I got my money back." By that Thursday, I was informed in a message that they did not have time to look at the car. I called them and told them I was coming to pick up the car the following day. On Friday, I was told that I cannot pick my car up as "someone has to pay." Now, the company wants me to pay for parts - parts that did not fix the car. I would strongly recommend staying away from this company due to their bad business practices. More

The body shop replaced the front end and painted as approved by the insurance company. It has been six months since the work was done and now the paint is chipping off. I returned the car for Parks to look at their work and I was told that was normal wear! These people are crooks! Do not allow them to touch your car. They cut corners and provide subpar quality. More
Poorest quality of service/warranty work & customer service. I took my car in for warranty work still covered under the 3yr warranty plan. I explained the problem in full detail. The car was making a loud rubb I took my car in for warranty work still covered under the 3yr warranty plan. I explained the problem in full detail. The car was making a loud rubbing/squeaking noise when the steering wheel was turned in either direction even upon backing. The car only had approx. 20,000 miles on it. I asked for them to check the power steering fluid level first to see if it was low or there was a leak. They checked it, called me to let me know they never heard the noise nor was there a leak. Shortly after that they called back a second time to advise me they found 2 leaks on the power steering line. They ordered anew rack & pinion and changed it out. Then called me to pick up my car that it was done, I said are you sure the noise is gone, they said yes. Drove out to pick up my car, as soon as I backed out of the parking spot the steering was making the same noise, customer advisor came out to take a look and turn the wheel, he said that is a normal noise when you turn the steering wheel?? Not a normal noise, why did it just start making the noise at 20,000 miles as opposed to 0 miles when it was brand new, and the noise just keeps getting louder & louder & more frequent??? They did not offer any other solutions so I left upset not taking the time to do a walk around on my car to check for any damage while it was in their hands. I got about 1 mile down the road and noticed something hanging down below the dash getting caught on my accelerator foot & pedal. I pulled over to park & see what it was, it was a long quick disconnect hanging from beneath the dash, not sure of what it went to, upon further investigation I did a walk around of my car and found they had backed into the rear bumper and put a deep scratch clear down to the primer approx. 6" long, then on the back right quarter panel they had also scratched the paint in 2 different places approx. 3" long above the wheel well, those scratches were also down to the primer. You could tell they were fresh scratches as the paint was still ruffled up on it and there was no dirt deposits in the scratches themselves. I immediately called Parks, they ask me if I could come right back so I did. I advised the tech of the 3 scratches that were not on the car when I brought it in and that you could tell that these were fresh scratches ( I hand detail my car once a week so I know where every ding & scratch is, there were not on there when I brought it in). I then told the tech that there was a wire dangling from underneath the dash that was not like that when I brought it in, and it is still making the same squeaking/rubbing noise it was before they replaced the rack & pinion so that was not the problem. The tech then had the mechanic that worked on the car come look under the dash, he said he did not know what the wire went to but he had disconnected it, then I looked in the backseat and he had thrown the plastic cover panel back there. Then he said oh, this disconnect goes to your lights, lucky for me it was not dark out yet. Then the tech said now we will have to repaint your car which nothing is ever like the factory paint anyway. After having the car over 2 wks it was ready for pick up. I will say the paint job on the rear bumper & rt rear quarter panel does look good. The point is not only did they not fix the problem I took it in for but they created more problems for me than I already had. When I called back to try to reschedule, they kept telling me to call back or would take my name and number and would never return my call. I really did not feel comfortable about taking it to them a 2nd time but since they were the ones who did the factory warranty I thought I should start there. I did have a face to face conversation with the owner John Parks about the complaint and every time I called back and ask to speak to a specific tech they were no longer there so that tells me there is a reason for their high turnover. Finally I got tired of waiting and went to a different dealership, the tech said the rack & pinion they replaced was not the problem, it was the steering shaft and column causing the squeaking rubbing noise. The 2nd dealership replaced the steering column as well as the shaft, no more squeaking rubbing noise and better yet, no new scratches or dents in my car. I definitely would not recommend this dealership for anything. No respect for others property, poorly trained mechanics not to mention shoddy work. More

Plus was told I would get a free loaner car every time we brought it in for service. Well both of these services have been awful. They never have a loaner car even when they told me I would have one. ITS A CAR LOT they have cars. Let me take a test drive. The last 3 times I've taken it in for service they have told me my bill would be over 1000 dollars for the repairs even after my warranty coverage. Knowing this was wrong, I had them recheck the parts they replaced to make sure they weren't covered and every time they were. I end up walking out paying my 100 dollar deductible. CROOKS! Trying to make a buck off of people not knowing any better. Plus they never answer their phone, never call you back, and always make excuses. More

After I got off the phone it struck me as a little odd that they would schedule work on Jan 1st. Additionally the service manager didn't check to see if they had the parts. This was and axel I live about 30 miles away from the dealer, and I had to get someone to follow me there to drop off the vehicle. We pull up and of course they are baracaded closed. These days you have to know there business better than they do to not get screwed. We have tried to do business here several times, both for new purchase and for service. My advise, go somewhere else. More
