Don’t waste your time. 2x we went to buy new, high-end models. Our family buys 4 to 5 new ones every 5 years. Both times at this dealership, after days of planning with the 2x we went to buy new, high-end models. Our family buys 4 to 5 new ones every 5 years. Both times at this dealership, after days of planning with the sales rep, to see the model we wanted (and have our vehicles appraised for trade-in) we get “the run around.” We know exactly what we wanted, made an appointment but when there, were handed off to inexperienced kids, who regurgitate the “sales pitch” wasting the time you're there to do business. As a 70+ year old mechanic, I'd already done our homework, knowing what we wanted and just there to discuss price, and possible financing if the interest was low. We had our check-book w/us and ready to buy BUT.., I will not buy from a place whose sales staff is unmotivated, lackluster and ignorant of the product they sell, as I've learned its reflective of the SERVICE and after-sale care you’re going to get. Once again we’ll take our money else where and not bother to look at this dealership in the future. Totally waste of time. More

They engage in price gouging, overcharging clients, and operating in bad faith to maximize their profits. What’s worse, I initially trusted this dealership, even recommending it to others. However, I later discovered that a relative was offered the exact same model for $3,000 less—from the same dealership. Despite negotiating in good faith, it became clear that their pricing is arbitrary and opportunistic After experiencing their deceptive pricing firsthand, I regret ever stepping foot in their showroom. No business that values integrity should treat customers this way. Called the manager who basically said it is fine to dupe people!! If you don’t want to be overcharged, misled, and treated unfairly, take your business elsewhere. There are plenty of dealerships that respect their customers—this is not one of them. Until they change their unethical pricing tactics, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your next vehicle. More

DO NOT GO HERE! ! The service department is incompetent, does not take responsibility for their errors, and WILL cost you money. We are long time loyal Toyota custome ! We are long time loyal Toyota customers and have never had issues with a dealership until now. We moved into this area 6 months ago and have had problems every single time we’ve brought a car in. The most recent is the most ridiculous! My husband brought my 2023 Toyota in for its second oil change. After the oil change I started noticing small oil spots in my driveway. Having a new car, of course I didn’t think for a second that it would be my car and asked my daughter to stop parking in my spot bc her car does leak oil. A bit later I noticed the oil spots were getting bigger. Talked to my daughter and she confirmed she’s not parking there anymore but her boyfriend has been and she’ll have him stop. Welp…. I pulled into my driveway one day to grab sometime from my house and pulled right back out. That’s when unnoticed the oil on my driveway was still wet. I pulled back in and looked under my car to see that it was actually my car leaking this whole time! I immediately called Parkland Toyota and was told to drive my car in the next morning. The next morning I called and asked if they really want me to drive my car that’s been leaking oil for 2 months now. They said no and gave me the number of the tow company to pick it up. Soooo once it was brought in they say the undercarriage of my car is fine with no issues BUT my oil filter is dented and damaged and that it’s not their fault so I have to pay the $123 tow bill. HOW is my oil filter dented and damaged but the undercarriage is in perfect condition?! And no I didn’t take my car to anyone else… WHY would I do that?! My lease includes service. It’s FREE! NO ONE ELSE TOUCHES MY CAR. However, they decide it’s not their problem. Again, HOW?!! Did someone sneak onto my property, take down the cover, dent my oil filter, and put everything back nicely? THAT MAKES NO SENSE! But that’s what the service manager would rather believe than the fact that their technician screwed up. Talking to other mechanics about my issue they believe the technician probably had an issue getting my oil filter off when the oil was changed and after damaging it just decided to leave it. That makes way more sense than anything else! BUT this place cannot take responsibility for their incompetence. They would rather make their customer pay a $123 tow bill and lose lifetime Toyota customers over an oil filter and a tow bill. More
