spent nearly $70,000 on a used truck with only 19,000 miles, and this has been the worst vehicle buying experience of my life. Before I even signed the paperwork, Parks Toyota of DeLand dented my tail miles, and this has been the worst vehicle buying experience of my life. Before I even signed the paperwork, Parks Toyota of DeLand dented my tailgate while showing me the truck. That should have been my warning to walk away. From day one, the truck had a vibration. I brought it to their attention and was told nothing was wrong with it. Three months later, one of the tires failed. The truck was sold to me with mismatched tire brands, and now it appears the vibration was caused by a bad tire that should have been caught before the truck was ever put on the lot. They also sold me a tire and wheel protection plan, but when the tire failed they refused to honor it because the truck has oversized wheels and tires—the same wheels and tires they sold the truck with. Selling a protection plan and then denying coverage because of equipment that came on the vehicle is unacceptable. I was also told the truck would have five years of coverage, and now I’m being told there is no warranty. After the sale, they sent my truck to multiple dealerships trying to fix a TPMS issue, actually lost track of where my truck was, and when I finally got it back, my wheels had been damaged. This dealership had every opportunity to make things right and chose not to. I expected honesty, quality, and customer service after spending $70,000. Instead, I got damaged property, ignored safety concerns, warranty issues, and excuses. If you’re buying a used vehicle from Parks Toyota of DeLand, inspect every inch of it, verify every promise in writing, and don’t assume they’ll stand behind what they sell. I certainly won’t be doing business with them again. More

Parks Toyota Avoids Providing OTD Pricing to Informed Buyers My experience with Parks Toyota was disappointing from the start. I reached out about buying a used Camry and was contacted via email by ASmb Buyers My experience with Parks Toyota was disappointing from the start. I reached out about buying a used Camry and was contacted via email by ASmber Reynoso and Ana Smith, both sales managers. I made a very reasonable request of an out the door estimate that included all fees, add ons, and dealer charges. Never heard back from either of them. This approach felt like an intentional avoidance of transparency. As an educated buyer, I prefer to understand the full cost before stepping into a showroom. Their unwillingness to provide basic pricing information gave me the impression that they were not interested in dealing with someone who knows what to look for. I hope Parks Toyota reconsiders how they handle customers who expect honesty and clarity More
Terrible experience with this dealership. Purchased a truck on 10/29/25 and could not get them to send the paperwork to the DMV for over 3 months, finally received by the DMV on 2/4/26. Lots Purchased a truck on 10/29/25 and could not get them to send the paperwork to the DMV for over 3 months, finally received by the DMV on 2/4/26. Lots of days with no tags so we couldn't drive the truck. No communication as to why, constant lies, GM of the dealership, title clerks would not return calls and obviously didn't care. I would avoid at all cost. More
Bruce Hrabia has been been the salesman for selling me my last two cars. He is very knowledgeable, personable, and helpful. They abuse seniors and try to take advantage of them. They were a team with sales, management, and staff all playing a part. They agreed to a price and payments, we signed they did not, and they had us get insurance cards knowing that they were not going honor their statements and figures . A lasting note, Where is Adam Berman picture. More

Don’t waste your time. 2x we went to buy new, high-end models. Our family buys 4 to 5 new ones every 5 years. Both times at this dealership, after days of planning with the 2x we went to buy new, high-end models. Our family buys 4 to 5 new ones every 5 years. Both times at this dealership, after days of planning with the sales rep, to see the model we wanted (and have our vehicles appraised for trade-in) we get “the run around.” We know exactly what we wanted, made an appointment but when there, were handed off to inexperienced kids, who regurgitate the “sales pitch” wasting the time you're there to do business. As a 70+ year old mechanic, I'd already done our homework, knowing what we wanted and just there to discuss price, and possible financing if the interest was low. We had our check-book w/us and ready to buy BUT.., I will not buy from a place whose sales staff is unmotivated, lackluster and ignorant of the product they sell, as I've learned its reflective of the SERVICE and after-sale care you’re going to get. Once again we’ll take our money else where and not bother to look at this dealership in the future. Totally waste of time. More
If you're considering purchasing a vehicle from the Parks Toyota dealership in Deland, think twice. My experience with this dealership has been nothing short of disappointing, frustrating, and exploitative. Toyota dealership in Deland, think twice. My experience with this dealership has been nothing short of disappointing, frustrating, and exploitative. They engage in price gouging, overcharging clients, and operating in bad faith to maximize their profits. What’s worse, I initially trusted this dealership, even recommending it to others. However, I later discovered that a relative was offered the exact same model for $3,000 less—from the same dealership. Despite negotiating in good faith, it became clear that their pricing is arbitrary and opportunistic After experiencing their deceptive pricing firsthand, I regret ever stepping foot in their showroom. No business that values integrity should treat customers this way. Called the manager who basically said it is fine to dupe people!! If you don’t want to be overcharged, misled, and treated unfairly, take your business elsewhere. There are plenty of dealerships that respect their customers—this is not one of them. Until they change their unethical pricing tactics, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your next vehicle. More
