She sees me and I can tell she is already pissed off and I hadn't said a word yet. She ARGUED with me about synthetic or conventional oil. I wanted synthetic and she wasn't sure if my vehicle took it, so instead of looking it up herself, she argued with me about it. And she is not new. So it was already a confrontation with that. Next was wait time. I said I will come back when it was done and she said ok so close of business. Lol! And I was there at like 9 am. She refused to give me a estimate of how long it would take. She was just a angry little receptionist. Made me want to leave immediately. More
