Hands down the most pleasent car purchase ever. Mr. Lopez could not have been more courteous and helpful. Following me home the night of the purchase in order to transfer the tag and picking my car up to hav could not have been more courteous and helpful. Service department is exceptionally good compare with other Toyota dealerships in Central Florida. I have had great experiences since 1989 wwith this dealership. My 2007 Prius wouldn't start this morni other Toyota dealerships in Central Florida. I have had great experiences since 1989 wwith this dealership. My 2007 Prius wouldn't start this morning, we called Deland Toyota & Amber gave us instruction on how to jumpstart the battery. This is NOT an ordinary battery. We did as instructed & the within minutes the battery is charged & I was able to go. However, Amber recommended that we should bring it in so they can double check on the battery for us. As it turned out our auxiliary battery needed replaced (after almost 60K miles). I love the service department here also they never came to tell me they're going to fix something that I didn't bring the car in for. They may recommend different services that you're car may needed; however, they never pressured nor told us that they're fixing something without asking first. More

The dealership has a wonderful small town charm. No one tried to push you they did what i asked then i decided. I was given window tint as part of my deal. I was so happy with that experience , brought the car in on thursday at 10:30am ,was given a loaner went back to work , came back at 6:30 pm was on my way at 6:40pm. I can only expect the same service in the future. More

i was out to buy my first car and i had a budget. Charles and Chuck where able to get me into a brand new car with 1 mile on it and out the door under my budget price.
