bought a lemon and no recourse I bought a used truck here and i hadn't driven it 300 miles when it just shut out on me. I was even surprised to be given a $500 dollar discount beyond what we had negotiated for and also given a 1% lower APR than I was expecting. They definitely under promise and over deliver. Everyone from Andrea the sales rep, Scott the finance manager, and even Louis the general manager made you feel like you are family. Price alone led me to Parks, but after dealing with them, I know I will go to them in the future regardless of price. THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!!!! More
