Terrible service! Bought vehicle Friday evening, Sunday come out and tire is completely flat. Sitting on a rim. Monday, call to see what I need to do. I JUST BOUGHT IT Bought vehicle Friday evening, Sunday come out and tire is completely flat. Sitting on a rim. Monday, call to see what I need to do. I JUST BOUGHT IT. Transfer, on hold, transfer, on hold, hang up. Lovely. Text my sales guy (Kevin Brown), he ghosted me. Call Kia back, same song and dance. Transfer, on hold, transfer, on hold. To no ones surprise, my sales guy is on a "test drive", he's unavailable. I say give me ANYONE, please. Finance guy (JP) is unavailable as well. Of course he is. Meanwhile, my NEW car has been towed to my local Kia dealership (Chattanooga) under the old owners name and account. I found the KIA roadside number and called them. They were at least helpful and came to tow the vehicle. Kia here in Chattanooga needs the info to start any work. Call back. You know what happened. Still waiting on anyone to call me back with the information I need to move forward with replacing the tire on my NEW car. Would not recommend. If I could give negative stars, I would. More
