My experience with Kia Parkside dealership started off very positive during the sales process, but unfortunately the follow-up and service after purchase has been disappointing. I was told by my salesm very positive during the sales process, but unfortunately the follow-up and service after purchase has been disappointing. I was told by my salesman, Josh, n Kevin that the vehicle had been fully inspected and was in good condition. After purchase, I discovered the cabin air filter had been installed backwards and appeared to be very old and never properly serviced. The vehicle was taken to Hyundai on Kingston Pike at the time of purchase for electrical repairs, and I believe damage may have occurred during that process. My glove box was later found to be damaged, which I only discovered during a recent oil change visit. I have tried contacting the dealership for about three weeks with no return call or update, even after being told management was unavailable due to the General Manager being on vacation. Overall, communication and customer service after the sale have been poor, and I would like a resolution to these issues. Once get they get sale they don’t care 🤷♀️..
