Great car buying Experience I came over today to get my 2016 Kia Soul serviced and low and behold I drive away in a new 2018 Kia Soul. Thank you to Carlos and Kim in the finance I came over today to get my 2016 Kia Soul serviced and low and behold I drive away in a new 2018 Kia Soul. Thank you to Carlos and Kim in the finance department for being able to get me the right terms for my purchase. Carlos was great and very knowledgeable about the vehicles and was able to answer questions without hesitation. This is my 2nd Kia that I have purchased from Parkside and won’t purchase from another dealer also the service department is second to none they all do a great job. Excellent customer service Matt was very accommodating - allowing me as much time as I wanted with the vehicle on multiple visits - as I considered my purchase. I ultimately end Matt was very accommodating - allowing me as much time as I wanted with the vehicle on multiple visits - as I considered my purchase. I ultimately ended up purchasing a different vehicle, but the service from Matt was outstanding. He was very responsive in communication prior to each visit and gave me the chance to really go through all of the aspects of the vehicle I was considering. I would definitely work with Matt and Parkside Kia again if I am interested in a Kia in the future. More

Treated like Royalty at Parkside Kia! Even thought we arrived near closing time “just to look” Carlos was very patient and took the time to talk to us about what we needed. I never felt rushed and he answered all my questions. Needless to say but we drove off with a 2018 Soul! I love the car and I really appreciated Kim in finance for staying late too and going above and beyond to see everything went smoothly and that I got the best interest rate possible!
