Matt emailed me the very next morning in regards to my inq I had initially contacted Parkside Kia with an online inquiry about one of their used cars. Matt emailed me the very next morning in regards to my inquiry and gave me the additional information I had requested. I gave him a call and told him our situation and what exactly I was wanting. He was able to work everything out and get me into a better version of the initial car I had inquired about. He was VERY helpful and his communication was top notch. Unprofessional Made an appointment to have my car alarm fixed. Got there and they said no one can work on my car it would be 2-3 hours for someone to look at my car.
