We found the experience at Parkside to be calm, understanding, and successful. as follows: Upon arriving (without an appointment) we were immediate We found the experience at Parkside to be calm, understanding, and successful. as follows: Upon arriving (without an appointment) we were immediately introduced to a sales person. After chatting and his taking information, he proceeded to ask our needs ,Model of vehicle,(Sorento) what.particular items on the vehicle which we would want...etc. With his help we established that what we wanted was an upper level Sorento with substantial eqiptment. Thes being done he proceeded to take us outside and showed us an assortment of vehicles which would match our requested list. After comparing color, equiptment, and prices we selected a car which more than filled our request but stood out in our mind more than the others; It was agreed to begin calculating cost of vehicle, trade-in, rebates etc. With management assistance ,A price was offered to us which we thought was somewhat more than what we intended. Our intended price was offered, renegotiated...repeated and renegotiated one more time and if suitable to us we would sign immediately. This happened successfully and a couple of hours later we left with a vehicle. We found all those whom we dealt with to be very pleasant, un-demanding, and helpful. More
