We went into Parkside KIA looking to try out a KIA Soul and look into our options to possibly purchase a new KIA Soul that we had viewed on the Parksi We went into Parkside KIA looking to try out a KIA Soul and look into our options to possibly purchase a new KIA Soul that we had viewed on the Parkside KIA site on the internet. We had a recommendation to go there from a friend who had recently bought a KIA Sorento from them and was very pleased with the good deal and service he received there. There was a guy (whom we later came to know as Neil) standing at the door on the outside to meet us when we arrived, he took us inside and talked to us, and after a few short minutes got the keys to the KIA we had actually viewed on the Parkside KIA website. We took it out for a test drive along with Neil, and he explained some of the features of the car as we were driving around.Once we got back we sat down with him and talked some more about the kind of deal that would work for us. There were several options to choose from and we were able to settle on a deal for the purchase of the KIA we had looked at, and something that was doable for us! We walked out that day with a brand new 2016 KIA Soul and was very happy with the deal that Neal was able to negotiate for us along with the owner, and also the financial guy was very helpful as well! I would definetley recommend Neil and Parkside KIA to anyone who is looking to purchase a car! More

Beautiful Car, Amazing Service. This was my first time ever purchasing a vehicle on my own and I did not know where to start. So like any other person with a smartphone, I looked to the internet and expressed interest in a 2014 Chevy Spark with Parkside Kia! Matt Warner, who ended up helping me into my new vehicle, immediately followed up with me after expressing interest. Matt made sure that he was available for anytime that fit my schedule! But before the visit, Matt told me that the Chevy that I originally expressed interest in was gone, but that he would help me find a car just for me based upon my price range and more. Once I came into Parkside Kia, I was welcomed by tons of sales representatives and then directed to see Matt. Matt then worked with me, asked about my price range, and then found that the car that I originally wanted was at a different dealer! He and his team worked for hours to get the car to me, helped me figure out a loan plan that best suited my budget, and answered all of my questions! He and his staff made me feel like they were not trying to "swindle" me or that they were trying to get me to pay more than what my used vehicle was worth. Matt Warner made my first solo car buying experience a memorable one! As long as I live in Knoxville and the next time I need a new vehicle, you bet that I will go back to Parkside Kia! More
