Zachary was wonderful to deal with out of four different dealers I was discussing with. He was professional, kind, and respectful. He never pushed or bombarded me with calls/texts. The manager was rude and reached over my body to shake my father's hand instead of mine who was the actual car buyer. He knew I was the one buying and didn't have the decency to shake mine. He spoke to him instead of me and spoke so fast you couldn't understand him, I assume on purpose to confuse people.
