HE acts as though the customers are idiots even acknowledged that he wasn't trying to be although he knew he was. If I didn't honor my word and signature although it wasn't exactly what I agreed to I would walked out and brought my trade home although it had been taken to the back for processing before my deal was done. This dealership's service center is incompetent and ill equipped to perform warranty repairs. They don't mind inconveniencing you in every possible way while they take months to perform a repair originally equipped to perform warranty repairs. Zach worked with me digitally to complete an out-of-state purchase. He is a very kind guy who was totally willing to let me control the pacing of the conversation and was very upfront with what he needed fro purchase. The dealership was located within 15 minutes of McGhee airport and they even picked me up so I didn't have to pay for an Uber or Lyft. The paperwork signing and transaction went stunningly smooth, and everyone I spoke to was very kind. If I ever find myself on the hunt for another rare Kia, I will definitely reach out to Parkside first, as it is on the top of my list of dealerships to work with.....and I work for a dealer myself, so that is saying something.
