It is over 30 days and I still do not have my license plates. My temporary tag ran out and when I called the dealer to see if they could over night me another temporary tag the flatly said NO! Evidentl More

Good Morning vincentagusta, My Dealership (Ted Russell Kia) participates in the DealerRater Certified Dealer Program. As of May 6th,2013 we have an entirely New Management Team here at Ted Russell Kia. I can assure you that Jeff Potts and the ENTIRE Management,Finance and most of the Sales Staff from 2 years ago, are no longer with our organization. We are committed to providing high quality customer service, but based on your DealerRater review, you did not share that experience before our arrival. That is very disappointing to us since we now have control of this Store and your negative review from 2 years ago is still currently posted and specifically mentions bad treatment by Managers and Staff, that no longer work here. Through the DealerRater Certified Dealer Program we have the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues with your prior bad experience at Ted Russell Kia. We realize that times change, people change and obviously Dealership Management Teams also change.(Thanks to Mr. Russell himself) We would like to have you back on our side if possible.
