We have been searching for a vehicle for a little while now and had a trade in. I was amazingly surprised with the level of customer service everyone involved provided us with. We worked with Haily, Chris, and the general manager Cliff on our deal. I cannot say enough about their willingness to work with us and earn our business. The deal they gave us absolutely exceeded our expectations. They worked with us and most definitely earned our business and I would HIGHLY recommend Parkside Kia to everyone! We went to 3 other dealerships in the Knoxville area (one was Rusty Wallace Kia, and they did not really want to work with us at all to make a deal) None of them even came close to the deal and quality of service the team at Parkside Kia gave us. I could go on and on about the purchase of our new 2022 Kia Sorento. But hands down the best deal and experience I have ever had buying a vehicle.
