I LOVED my experience at Parkside Kia. Brandon, my vehicle expert, could not have been more professional and helpful. We arrived with a particular Kia model in mind and Brandon helped us to understa vehicle expert, could not have been more professional and helpful. After working with Brandon, we feel that we now own a vehicle that gives us everything we want and nothing we don't. Cliff our sales manager worked with us to help us to arrange for a financing structure that worked within our means. I had just a little contact with Cliff to thank him for his efforts on the financial front because Brandon did so much for us in communicating our needs to Cliff. Finally, Mike W., our finance manager, helped us in just 10 minutes to complete our purchase by printing and reviewing our documents with us, helping us to sign, and we left his office thinking that we would be returning at some point in the future to pick up our new vehicle. We were surprised to learn that Brandon and the service team had the unplanned time to get our new Kia ready for us to take with us!!! However, I was not with a second driver, so Brandon and a colleague of his followed me home with our new Kia and a second car (so that they could return together to the dealership). I do not expect that this is a normal delivery schedule, but the Parkside Kia team saw an opportunity to go the extra mile and provide some "extra touches." Brandon and his team delivered far and away more service and kindness than I believe I have ever experienced from an auto dealership, or any service provider with which I have dealt.
