Could have been better Be sure of what you sign; the perma shield was 1300$ no price was ever quoted to me and 6 oil changes, that I thought was part of CPO was actually 699 Be sure of what you sign; the perma shield was 1300$ no price was ever quoted to me and 6 oil changes, that I thought was part of CPO was actually 699$. When I was in the finance office I signed a bunch of papers, after I got home I was looking through the paper work and there was 2 sheets in the packet that had a place for me to sign witch plainly states the cost of these services ( unsigned). Just be sure of what you sign. More

Car Buying experience at Parkside Kia - Feb 8, 2020 My wife & I had visited Parkside Kia to look at various models and colors we liked and received exceptional service on our 2 initial visits. We spoke My wife & I had visited Parkside Kia to look at various models and colors we liked and received exceptional service on our 2 initial visits. We spoke with Steven Abshire and Sonya and they were both very helpful as we did our initial car research. On this past Sat (Feb 8th) we visited the dealership again and worked with Brandon Jordan and Sonya. The entre experience was excellent from start to finish. The entire staff was courteous and the overall customer experience was very pleasant and they made the car buying experience very enjoyable. In addition to Brandon and Sonya we also dealt with Mike Wilson in the Finance department and he was very friendly and easy going as we completed the paperwork as the car was prepped for us to take home. Brandon was very helpful in reviewing the car features and helping to sync up our i-phones. Brandon even called our insurance company to get a current dated proof of insurance emailed over prior to us leaving the dealership. Thanks again to Parkside Kia, Brandon, Sonya and Mike for such an enjoyable car buying experience. More
