Most of my negotiating was done via email with just a quick phone call to work out the final details. They were patient with me despite my unique way of dealing. In the end, they gave me a fair trade in value and kept their word on the Stinger price. When I arrived, they had my paperwork ready and I was in and out in less than 45 minutes.
