Best Service Appt I've Ever Had I was greeted by name when I pulled into the service line & was then shown around the waiting area after my services were reviewed. A very nice young man (I don't recall his name) told me about their free shuttle and I took him up on the offer so he drove me over to Lovell Road where I had breakfast, called him when I was ready to be picked up and a few minutes later he was there. We pulled into Kia and as I got out of the shuttle Kristeena walked to me, greeting me by name and explained what they had done, we chatted and off I went. Literally the best experience and I'm actually looking forward to returning in 5000 miles! More
