We were greeted immediately by Brandon Jordan. He pleasantly greeted us and we exchanged information as to what we were looking for and our price range. He was very professionally and knowledgeable. He explained he was a new sales person and if he wasn't sure he asked his manager. He worked with us several hours,no pressure very relaxed interaction. Between him and his manager Javier Rodriguez we were given service 100 percent plus. This was one of our most pleasant and at eaze experience we have had in purchasing a new vehicle. Brandon was very thorough as he walked us thru the process of this purchase.Also Brandon took the time to explain features of the vehicle we purchased and before we left went over several more details. We initially went to see Carlos, since that’s who my parents usually work with, since he was unavailable at the time we worked with Javier Rodriguez, he took care of my parents and was so helpful to all of us. He helped us pick the best car and get the best APR for our loan. We appreciate all his hard work, even though they close at 8pm, we didn’t get finished till after 9:30 and not once did he make us feel rushed. He was patient and kind, he was easy to talk to, from the car, to our daily life.. to our pets, he took the time to get to know us! :) Carlos, would also come see how we were doing, and talk to us about the car, he taught my sister about the functions of her car before we left so that she knew how to use it.
