Awesome and Honest I had a bad sales side experience at this dealership and didn't want to go back. Then I purchased a Kia Optima from Carvana.com and wanted to have an actual Kia service center to get checked. I ended up with the service rep that was amazing. She worked us in and was very upfront and honest about everything. At that time the car was under warranty still and she made sure that they checked out every little thing as if they were putting it on their lot to sell. She is the only reason I returned to Parkside Kia and continue going back. It's because of her I ended up there to purchase another Kia vehicle. I have nothing negative to say about service at Parkside Kia. More

I'd give 10 stars if I could! I purchased a 2020 Kia Soul S. Steven Abshir and Brian Quach were amazing! I recommend these guys! I've never had such a great experience buying a car I purchased a 2020 Kia Soul S. Steven Abshir and Brian Quach were amazing! I recommend these guys! I've never had such a great experience buying a car. I worked with them to settle on which trim package was the one I wanted, and Brian gave me the numbers for each one so I could decide. There were no hidden fees or charges, nor did they try to add $500 for some nebulous "car protection package" like some other dealers. The pricing was clear and the deal I got was incredible. At one point it looked like I would have to walk away and wait a few months, but Brian pulled a rabbit out of his hat and we were able to move forward with the deal. Matt Warner in the finance department did his share in helping make this deal happen as well! I started at a different dealership and I'm so glad I went to talk to these guys instead. They blew the other dealership away in the weeds. They say on their website that they won't lose a deal on price and they mean it! More

First Oil Change We had our first service on our vehicle done yesterday. Called earlier in the week and Matt made an appointment for us. We showed up a few minutes early and were greeted and asked to give them a minute while they finished up with the customers ahead of us. They checked us in for a tire rotation and oil change. We left the car and were told we could return in 45 minutes. An hour later we returned to have our vehicle ready as promised. Our car had also been washed which was nice. After checking out we were told thank you and our business was appreciated. Will be back for our next service. Great job... p.s. keep those coupons coming. More
