Great Buying Experience We saw a used Kia Soul at Parkside through their website and inquired about it. Jeff Ford contacted us and inquired what type of vehicle etc. we were We saw a used Kia Soul at Parkside through their website and inquired about it. Jeff Ford contacted us and inquired what type of vehicle etc. we were looking for and we explained to him the particulars. We agreed to meet with Jeff that night and look at the used Kia Souls they had on their lot. When we arrived at the dealership and met up with Jeff it was no time before he was showing us the used Souls. We picked one we really liked and started the process of buying it. At no time did we feel pressured by Jeff or any other staff to buy a more expensive vehicle instead they explained the highlights of the vehicle we chose and why it was a great deal. Needless to say we drove the vehicle off the lot. We will do business again with Jeff and Parkside Kia. More

Overall Good purchasing expereince. I purchased a car a few days ago from Parkside. Overall the whole experience was great. However, I did feel that this dealership not completely forthc I purchased a car a few days ago from Parkside. Overall the whole experience was great. However, I did feel that this dealership not completely forthcoming. The car was used and VERY CLEARLY marked certified used car on the window sticker as however, there was no details or anything else stating that it's not actually "certified." You have to pay to have someone sign the paper to certify the car. This varies in price per vehicle and was about $4,000 - $5,000 on the car purchased. When I stated I did not want to pay for the addition certification, I was all but called stupid for it. The sales person said that it was "crazy" to not purchase the certified warranty and that I was "only" person he had ever heard of not wanting to. I am sorry, but the work was already done and the car was already certified, but I had to pay for a signature basically to add back the lost warranty to the original warranty offered by the manufacturer. The sales person continued to say he didn't want to push the warranty, yet continued to push it. Also, upon delivery of the car, no one sat down with me to explain the car or anything else to me. In the finance office, was pleasant, but then found out I once again wasn't told the whole deal. The sales person had gotten a package down to a lower amount for me and when I went into the finance office that by dropping the price, it removed part of the package and I only got one part. I really just felt I wasn't being told the whole story about this and that with this purchase. Other than that, the sales person was very knowledgeable about the vehicle itself and the staff was VERY friendly. I would purchase from here again, but I would make sure everything was upfront and completely disclosed before signing anything. More

Then I purchased a Kia Optima from Carvana.com and wanted to have an actual Kia service center to get checked. I ended up with the service rep that was amazing. She worked us in and was very upfront and honest about everything. At that time the car was under warranty still and she made sure that they checked out every little thing as if they were putting it on their lot to sell. She is the only reason I returned to Parkside Kia and continue going back. It's because of her I ended up there to purchase another Kia vehicle. I have nothing negative to say about service at Parkside Kia. More
