She introduced us to the Sales Manger who also made us welcomed without feeling pressured to purchase the car. We returned a few days later to make the purchase. Parkside made the purchase easy. Great Service Experience from Tracie and Matt!! Tracie was great - very personable yet professional. She talked me through the findings of the multi-point inspection and was very patient with me as Tracie was great - very personable yet professional. She talked me through the findings of the multi-point inspection and was very patient with me as I contemplated what I needed to do or postpone. Since the visit turned into more time than I had expected, she arranged a loaner car for me and then kept me informed of the service progress. When I picked the car up, she was very nice as I kept remembering 'one more little thing' about 5 times! Matt was quick to jump in to help get my Bluetooth set up and my car voice back to English since I had somehow switched it to French. :-) Oh, and my car had received a very much needed wash! A great service team all the way around. More
