You'd be surprised how often aggressive Salesmen ignore "real customers" and loose-out to a "sure sale" because of poor attitude, poor manners, or lack of attention. GO FIGURE!!! This was the recent case for abandoning our local NC Kia. We picked up the phone and spoke with STEVEN ABSHIRE (digital sales rep) from Kia Parkside TN; who answered all our remaining questions clearly and honestly. HOME RUN - within quick order and a few Emails, we locked-in the EXACT MODEL in OUR COLOR (the only one around)...a 2018 Kia Sedona SX Minivan - gorgeous Venetian Red and "Loaded". Within days it was delivered to our door in near-by W.NC. NOW THAT'S SERVICE!!! Service with a smile (and more!) I arrived at my service appt. about 15 min. early, but Tracie immediately greeted me and took me to the very comfortable waiting area. She checked on me several times during my service appt., The wait was very reasonable & Tracie went over all the services with me that were performed on my car, including oil change, checking of the brakes, adding wiper fluid, and tire rotation.
